3. Safari Bookings and Payments

When you book a safari package or submit a travel proposal through our website:

• All booking information provided must be accurate and complete
• You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking
• Payment must be received in full before your safari begins
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified
• Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing
• We accept all major credit cards and secure payment methods

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing to our customer service team.

• More than 60 days before safari: Full refund of deposit
• 30-60 days before safari: 50% refund of deposit
• Less than 30 days before safari: No refund
• In case of illness or emergency, we may consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis

5. Travel Requirements and Documentation

You are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents including valid passport, visas, vaccinations, and travel insurance. We recommend travel insurance to cover trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and unforeseen circumstances. Asili Explorer Safaris is not responsible for any issues arising from lack of proper documentation or failure to meet entry requirements.

6. Liability and Disclaimer

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• We are not responsible for any delays, cancellations, or changes to safari itineraries due to weather, wildlife migration, road conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control
• We are not liable for loss, damage, or injury to persons or property during safari activities
• Wildlife encounters are never guaranteed; sightings depend on natural conditions
• We are not responsible for injuries, illnesses, or medical emergencies during your safari
• You assume all risks associated with your safari and travel to Tanzania

7. Health and Safety

You agree to:

• Disclose any health conditions that may affect your safari experience
• Inform us of any dietary restrictions or allergies
• Follow all safety instructions provided by our guides and staff
• Acknowledge that safari activities may be physically demanding
• Obtain appropriate travel and medical insurance

8. Intellectual Property
