4. Sending an enquiry
The website contact form and trip planner prepare a message for you to send through your email application or WhatsApp. Completing a form or preparing a message does not, by itself, send it to our team or confirm a booking.
Form details are held in the page while you complete it and are not saved by these forms to a website enquiry database. If you choose a WhatsApp link, the prepared message is passed to WhatsApp in the link. If you choose email, the prepared message is passed to your email application. Send only the information you are comfortable sharing through that service.
5. External services and links
Email, WhatsApp, and social media services process information under their own privacy notices. These services may operate outside Tanzania. Opening an external link takes you to a service with its own privacy practices.
